Core loss measurement and comparative analysis for soft magnetic materials under complex non-sinusoidal excitations

With the advancement of wide-bandgap power devices, electronics equipment is developing toward higher switching frequencies and more complex modes in recent years. Accurate prediction core loss for magnetic components has been emphasized as excitations materials varying depending on operating mode supplies. Therefore, this paper presents results an extensive study performed nanocrystalline alloy (FT-3KL), amorphous (1K101) ultra-thin oriented silicon steel (GT-50). Firstly, automatic setup measurement soft fed by a full-bridge inverter based carbide (SiC) MOSFET proposed. Then, effects oscillations from characteristic parameters non-sinusoidal are analyzed comparatively. The shows different regular distributions with change each parameter respectively. However, will be influenced high-frequency oscillations, which makes complicated. This can provide reference development high-precision model performance optimization equipment.
